1. General provisions
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the owner of the MosVPN service, Công Ty TNHH Giải Pháp Mạng MOSVPN (MOSVPN Network Solutions Co., Ltd., Vietnam), tax ID 0110817570 (the “Administration”), and the user.
MosVPN is available at https://mosvpn.com, in the client area at client.mosvpn.com and in the MosVPN apps. Registering, paying for a plan or using the service means you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
The Administration provides access to a secure connection service: apps for iOS, Android, Windows and macOS encrypt the internet connection between your device and MosVPN servers. The service helps protect personal data, including on public Wi-Fi networks.
Access is sold as plans that differ by the number of devices connected at the same time and by duration.
3. Registration and account
You need an account created with an email address. You agree to provide a valid address and not to share your sign-in details. You are responsible for all actions taken in your account.
4. Plans and payment
Current plans and prices in roubles are published on the Pricing page. The final amount and the available payment methods are shown at checkout before you confirm the payment.
Access opens once the payment is confirmed. The plan period starts from activation.
5. Refunds
- A refund is available within 72 hours of payment if the service does not work and the Administration cannot fix the problem.
- No refund is made after 72 hours, after more than 30% of the plan period has been used, or if these Terms have been breached.
- To request a refund, write to admin@mosvpn.com or Telegram @mosvpnru within that period.
You agree to contact support first and not to open a payment dispute (chargeback) without doing so.
6. Acceptable use
The service may be used only for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with applicable law and not to use the service for:
- any unlawful activity;
- network attacks, spam, phishing or distributing malware;
- cryptocurrency mining that overloads the infrastructure;
- connecting more devices than your plan allows;
- reselling or redistributing access without the Administration’s permission.
You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of your actions.
7. Suspension of access
The Administration may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, the service is abused, or the law or a payment provider requires it. Suspension does not cancel obligations that arose earlier.
You may stop using the service at any time by not renewing your plan. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for:
- interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including internet provider outages;
- indirect losses resulting from being unable to connect;
- consequences of using the service in breach of these Terms or the law.
In any case, the Administration’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
9. Intellectual property
The apps, website, texts, design and the MosVPN trademark belong to the Administration. Copying, modifying, reselling or distributing them without written permission is prohibited.
10. Privacy
How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Administration may change these Terms. The new version is published on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the changes.
12. Dispute resolution
Disputes are first settled by negotiation through support. We reply to a complaint within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be settled, it is resolved under the applicable law.
